$EURUSD- near a bottom?

Currently we are 1.1017 in a r ange. We are looking for a continuation to the range bottom @ 1.0971 and expect a bounce there. If a bounce look for the and then the 0.500 Fibo @ 1.1079 and a break down look to the 1.0900 psychological number. The average daily true range (ATR) for the pair currently is only 86 pips.
